Terms & Conditions

By making a booking and payment you agree with our Terms and Conditions below. 

All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a minimum of 50 percent deposit of the total booking plus a Bond to cover damages, breakages, misplaced items & extra cleaning which at Checkout will be refunded in the same form it was accepted (Direct Deposit, PayPal etc) if the Cabin has been left in the condition to which it was entered. Unfortunately we have had to add this Bond due to the very small amount of people who have not left the Cabin in a Satisfactory state. Full balance of payment is required prior to Check in and in relation to Peak Seasonal Bookings Full Payment is required 14 days prior to Check in. All Cancellations will attract a 50 percent fee of total booking. This shall be deducted from the deposit and paid via Direct Deposit or PayPal to your nominated account. No refund will be given if cancellation notice is given within 14 days of Check in of Peak Seasonal accommodation (eg. NSW School Holidays, Christmas and Easter Holidays and all other declared Public Holidays, Long Weekends etc). If you are unsure just ask at enquiry or when making a booking. Terms and conditions are subject to change, any questions should be asked at time of booking. If booking through a 3rd party agency a booking fee will be added of no more than 10 percent of the total.

No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the agent or owners control. No responsibility is taken for guest personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.

All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or other damage to the Cabin or property during their stay, including any additional cleaning, removal of excess garbage, repairs or replacement of items in the cabin or property. This property is privately owned. Please respect the owners property and do not move furniture around. A fee may be charged should this occur.

A current drivers licence or passport with photo I.D will need to be presented at check in and a photo copy will be retained during your stay, this will be destroyed after check out and confirmation the Cabin is left in a satisfactorily state then no personal details will be retained from the photo copy.
